“Opening” reflects the quiet moment when something new begins to unfold. Organic forms expand through luminous layers of blue and white, suggesting an opening toward light, possibility, and inner awareness. Inspired by the gentle rhythms of nature, the painting celebrates curiosity, trust, and the courage to welcome change. It invites the viewer to embrace openness, allowing new experiences and perspectives to emerge with grace.
Built with molten encaustic wax, pigments, oil pastels and alcohol ink, this original painting combines luminous depth with richly textured surfaces. As natural light moves across the wax, subtle details emerge, giving the artwork a living presence. Designed to inspire calm and contemplation, it brings freshness and timeless elegance to contemporary and modern interiors.
