“Reach” expresses the quiet impulse to move beyond familiar boundaries and embrace new possibilities. Organic forms rise through luminous layers of blue, suggesting both growth and connection, as if reaching toward light, freedom, or an unseen horizon. Inspired by the natural flow of water and the gentle resilience found in life’s transitions, the painting invites the viewer to trust the journey and discover strength in every step forward.

Built with molten encaustic wax, pigments, oil pastels, alcohol ink, and mixed media collage, this original painting combines luminous depth with richly textured surfaces. As natural light moves across the wax, subtle details emerge, giving the artwork a living presence. Designed to inspire hope and quiet reflection, it brings freshness and timeless elegance to contemporary and modern interiors.
